We typically keep puppies till 10 weeks old. With furever families by 14weeks old. ( We want to ensure puppies are indeed ready to leave the pack)
These little loves are just 8 weeks upcoming on [07/12/2023]! 5 little ladies, 5 little gentlemen were born on May 12th, 2023. They have been seen by our amazing local vet for their first round of shots on June 26th at the Detroit Lakes Animal Hospital. We like to typically keep them till age 10-12 weeks old. With forever families by 12 weeks at that point, it's time for them to bond with their new families and are ready to leave Mom and the gang here. We have 3 kids and they love them from day one, providing them with amazing human contact each and every day, for they have their own playroom-sleep-room in our home!
The non-refundable deposit is $500.00 and is due after we talk on the phone once I have gotten most of the questions I ask each family to fill out our application located under the purchasing page. A contract agreement is made that your Hound will be PET only, required to provide vet verification and that he or she will be fixed by recommended age found on our application. Breeding rights are available at this time for $1000.00. The $500 deposit will go towards the final cost of the puppy. The full price for our hounds will be disclosed once a phone call is placed, the amount is due in full with MN sales tax added onto it at the time of picking up your little love! "Accepting ALL forms of payment including, payment plans can be arranged until puppy pickup takes place" Puppy picks start at age 4 weeks, accepted in the order that deposits are made, so with that, YOU SPECIFICALLY PICK OUT THE COLOR OF THE COLLAR. We are ready to accept deposits and allow you to pick out the puppy- in the color collar, he or she is wearing.
All of the puppies will come with AKC purebred papers and a litter certification, we ask that we be listed on your vets paperwork as backup if anything needs to be done with your puppy in case of emergency.
Mom and Dad have been genetically tested with no issues
All puppies will come with first round of shots

blanket smelling like mom, dad siblings
new toy
collar - will need a newer one within a few weeks, little bubbas growing fast!

* We do not chip the puppies, however we recommend you do this with your vet, both parents are chipped

I absolutely love that you're looking to have a basset in your home, that you're familiar with the breed and all that they are! Our Delilah and Duke are so opposite of one another, we love it! Delilah is a 50/50 European/American, lemon/white. She has the softest demeanor & fur coat, she joined our furever family at 12 weeks old from the most amazing breeder out of Georgia (OUR GEORGIA GIRL). She loves to play with her best friend LOBO, belly rubs, ranger rides & walk in showers because our Princess loves to be clean. She is an outstanding mama, very nurturing and strong-willed with each little love she's welcomed into this world. She is a pure delight to be around, the gentlest look in her eyes, always ready to snuggle!! Duke is our only Stud, he runs the show without batting an eye! He is amazingly fit & healthy 100% European AKC Basset Hound, a coat of tan/white. He joined our furever family from Ohio when he too was just 12weeks old. Duke is very chill, with a playful childlike personality! He loves the snow, favors the fall weather, has the longest and silkiest ears, he loves to swim, to where he even jumps off the dock! He likes to shed hunt & truly loves his humans, as much as he loves his long sunbathing naps!! Duke takes turns loving everyone of us in the house, he leans toward favoring all woman, or those with beef jerky!...…..
WINTER LITTER INORMATION
Winter time can be hard to potty train any animal, so what we get because there ears are so long they can trip on them on them in first few months, is we order the FRESHPATCH.COM and recommend Kennel or crate in the evening if your will power will allow!
